GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR") we would like to inform that:
- The administrator of personal data is ZPUE SA with its registered office in Włoszczowa, Poland (postal code 29-100) at ul. Jędrzejowska 79c, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Kielce, 10th Division of the National Court Register under reference number KRS 0000052770, with share capital PLN 12,362,008.83 paid-up in full, with tax ID NIP 656-14-94-014, (hereinafter referred to as ZPUE).
- Any person whose personal data is processed by ZPUE may refer questions regarding the processing of such data by email: iod@zpue.pl.
- ZPUE will process personal data for statistical purposes.
- Providing data is neither a statutory nor contractual requirement. The data (IP number, operating system, Internet service provider details, browser type and version, date and time of visiting the website, websites from which the ZPUE website has been opened) are retrieved when the sps.zpue.pl website is navigated.
- ZPUE processes personal data pursuant to Art. 6 .1. f of the GDPR.
- The legitimate interest pursued by ZPUE is to analyse the use of the sps.zpue.pl website.
- The personal data may be received by entities that provide ZPUE with website analysis and management services.
- The personal data will be stored for no longer than 50 months.
- Any data subject has the right to request the access to their personal data from ZPUE, the data rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing as well as the right to transfer the data.
- Any data subject has the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
- ZPUE does not make any decision that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling and significantly affects the data subject.
COOKIES POLICY
Using the website at sps.zpue.pl requires ZPUE S.A. to retrieve and store computer information and access the computer information stored on user terminals with the use of cookie files. The user terminal (e.g. a PC) will save information from ZPUE S.A. beyond any user control.
Cookie files are small data files (in the text file format) sent from a WWW server and saved to user's computer storage device, usually a hard disk drive. The default parameters of cookies allow reading their contents only by the server which has generated them. Cookie files are usually used to support website visitor counters, polls, login-accessed web pages, ads, e-shops, and to monitor the visitor activity.
The cookie information is stored and accessed to adapt the contents of this web site to user needs.
The information stored or access thereto does not modify the configuration of the user terminal or any software installed on that terminal. The user agrees that ZPUE S.A. will store and access the information on the terminal by using the settings of the software installed on that terminal.
